Manage your subscription and billing
Upgrade, add token blocks, update your card or cancel, from your Tinkari billing page.
Everything to do with your plan is on the Billing page at tinkari.com. Only the organisation's Owner and Admins can change the subscription.
What you can do there
- See your plan. The page shows your current plan, how many user tokens you have and your subscription status.
- Upgrade. Choose a plan to go to a secure checkout. Payments are handled by Stripe.
- Add token blocks. On Pro, add blocks of 5 tokens for £8 a month each.
- Manage your subscription. The Manage subscription button opens the Stripe billing portal, where you can update your payment method and manage or cancel your subscription.
After you subscribe
Your new plan is applied once the payment goes through. If an app does not show the new features straight away, sign out and back in.
