Invite your team and give them app access

Team management needs a Pro plan. Only an Owner or Admin can invite people and manage access.

Invite someone

1. Open your Dashboard at tinkari.com and choose Manage team.
2. In Invite a team member, enter their email address and choose a role.
3. Choose Send invitation.

The invitation is valid for 7 days. Until they accept it, it appears under Pending invitations, where you can Revoke it.

Give them app access

Being a member does not give access to any app by itself. After the person accepts, find them in the Members list and tick the apps they should use, then choose Save.

• Each ticked app uses one user token.
• The Token usage bar at the top shows how many tokens are used.
• If the limit is reached you can untick access for someone else, or add a token block. See Plans, pricing and user tokens explained.

Roles

• Owner - full access to every app, the team and billing. Owners are always able to use every app.
• Admin - can invite people, change roles and manage app access.
• Member - uses the apps they have been given access to.

Owners can also Make Owner to hand ownership to another member, and can Remove people from the organisation.

What if someone gets no access?

If a person opens an app they have not been given, they see a message that they have no access. Give them access from the team page and ask them to refresh.
