Inventory at a glance: the dashboard and menu

Inventory is Tinkari's stock control app. Open it at inventory.tinkari.com and sign in with your Tinkari account.

The menu

• Dashboard - the state of your stock at a glance.
• Stock Items, Locations, Tags and Item Types - your stock and how it is organised.
• Assemblies - products built from other stock items.
• Transactions - a history of every stock movement.
• Sales - sales orders, pick lists and invoicing.
• Barcode Scan - how to scan with your phone. See Scan: look up and move stock with your phone.

The dashboard

The cards show your Stock Items, Locations, Assemblies and Stock Value (at cost price). Below them:
- Low Stock - items that have fallen to or below their alert level.
- Can't Build - assemblies you can't currently make because a component is short.
- Recent Transactions

Plans and limits

• Free - up to 200 stock items, 50 locations, 20 tag groups and 30 tags in each group.
• Solo and Pro - up to 1,000 stock items, 200 locations, 50 tag groups and 100 tags in each group.
• Assemblies and Sales need a paid plan.
• Item Types are free on every plan.
