Record a note
- Open the job and choose the step.
- Tap the AI voice note microphone.
- Allow microphone access if your browser asks.
- Speak, then tap stop.
Review and save
Your recording is turned into text. It appears as Transcribed text - review before saving, so you can correct any mistakes before it is saved as a note.
Tips
- Speak clearly and keep the phone close.
- Say part numbers and measurements slowly, then check them in the transcript.
- If the microphone is blocked, check your browser's site settings and allow it for bench.tinkari.com.
Limits
Voice notes use a daily AI allowance that depends on your plan. If you reach it you are told, and it resets the next day. See Plans, pricing and user tokens explained.
